Foals of 2009 that are from mares registered as Resident Broodmares in the Massachusetts Standardbred Breeding Program will be eligible to be nominated to the Massachusetts Sire Stakes as Yearlings in 2010. Resident Broodmares must also be registered with the Department of Agriculture and must reside in Massachusetts from December 1, 2008 until time of foaling in 2009.
